A piece of some sound (short noise) repeated, then speed slide applied, like turntable spin from slower to original. Some high frequencies cut out of a more/less rhythmic noise sample laid over, quietly.

I took a sentence of a funny debate between the south and the north of france : chocolatine vs pain au chocolat, i accelerated the speed. Then i had reverberation on a shout, to finaly finish on a car sound, to close the debate.
A bit of anti-police for you. . . Source audio was recorded with a phone at a demonstration and it was heavily changed with audacity to sound interesting for podcast and audio mixing purposes.
